The Android application started as a personal project to replace my Franklin electronic dictionary. Employing Android's voice recognition and Text-to-Speech playback capabilities made it much more fun to use. Voice Dictionary (Lite) app accepts a spoken or typed English word to defined. The definition can be shared via Facebook or Twitter feed, and TTS the definition.
